Steffenie Evans

Steffenie Evans is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in development and investment within the industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Development at Washington Holdings, LLC since June 2018, Steffenie previously held multiple roles at Legacy Partners, including Vice President and Development Manager, from March 2008 to June 2018. Earlier career experiences include positions at Opus Northwest, Low Income Housing Institute, and Cushman & Wakefield, where Steffenie developed a strong foundation in real estate development and investment. Steffenie holds an MBA from the UW Foster School of Business and a degree from Rice University.
