Barbara Nahouraii

Barbara Nahouraii is an Engagement and Equity & Justice Lead with a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA in Film from Yale University. Barbara has extensive experience in employee and labor relations, contract negotiations, mediation, and training program management with organizations such as the Washington State Bar Association and King County Metro Transit. At Seattle Public Schools, Barbara worked on multiple contract negotiations and served as the Interim Civil Rights Officer/ Title IX Officer, drafting recommendations for what later became a permanent office. Barbara has also provided mediation and training services for government agencies, corporations, and non-profits as a consultant.
