Katy Bruya

Katy Bruya has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources. Katy started their career as an HR Professional at Humanix/Certified Training Centers in 1993. Katy then moved to Gonzaga University, where they worked in Human Resources from 1995 to 2000. In 2000, Bruya joined Washington Trust Bank as the VP/Compensation and Benefits Manager, later transitioning to SVP Human Resources in 2005. Katy has a strong background in HR management and holds expertise in compensation and benefits.

Katy Bruya earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Eastern Washington University in 1993, followed by a Master of Business Administration from Gonzaga University Graduate School of Business in 1999.
