Derek Froman

Derek Froman is a law student at Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, expected to earn a Doctor of Law degree in May 2024. Currently serving as a Senior Editor for Volume 101 of the Washington University Law Review, responsibilities include article editing, cite checking, and formatting for legal scholars. Previous experience includes a role as Staff Editor for Volume 100 of the Law Review and summer associate positions at Thompson Coburn LLP in 2022 and 2023. Prior to pursuing a legal career, Derek Froman worked as a watchmaker and vintage watch specialist at Illinois Watch Company, where over 300 vintage timepiece restorations were completed. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts, graduating summa cum laude from Culver-Stockton College, with a focus on Music and minor studies in English, Marketing, and Music Technologies.
