Devika Nair

Devika Nair is currently a Staff Editor for the Washington University Law Review since June 2023 and has held a Summer Law Clerk position at Clifford Chance from May 2024 to July 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Judicial Intern at the U.S. Tax Court from May 2023 to July 2023, and various roles at J.Crew Factory, including Assistant Manager, Interim Assistant Manager, and Sales Associate from March 2021 to July 2022. Devika also completed a Summer Internship at LawyerUp in May 2021 and a Congressional Internship for the Office of Congressman Colin Allred from January 2020 to April 2020. Previous experience includes a Sales Associate position at Daiso USA from August 2018 to August 2019. Devika is pursuing a Juris Doctor degree at the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, expected to graduate in May 2025, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The University of Texas at Dallas, completed in 2020.
