Mohamed Irshad has worked in various roles since 2015. Mohamed began their career as an Accountant at Complete Management Consultancy F.Z.E. in 2015. In 2019, they joined iKcon as a Call Center Representative and later became a Call Center Team Lead, where they were responsible for setting clear team goals and KPIs, delegating tasks, and overseeing day-to-day teams' operations and performance. In 2022, they moved to Washmen as a Claims Operations Specialist and also joined REEF as a Call Center Team Lead.
