Kelly Gamboa has over 25 years of experience in workforce development and education, currently serving as a Workforce Development Training Specialist for the Washoe Tribe of Nevada & California since December 2005, where responsibilities include developing and implementing culturally relevant workshops and wellness programs for Native American families. Prior to this role, Gamboa worked as a Senior Program Coordinator at the American Indian Education Center of Santa Clara Valley from August 1998 to November 2005, coordinating educational services for Native American youth and collaborating with educators and community organizations. Gamboa holds an Instructor Certification in Family Development from the University of Connecticut and a Credential in Family Development from Cornell University, as well as a degree from San Jose State University completed between 1988 and 1994.
