Javier Ruiz

Javier Ruiz is an experienced financial director currently serving as Director Financiero at WashTec Spain since January 2022. Previously, Javier held various leadership roles at COMSA Corporación from December 2009 to May 2021, including Operational Resources Director, where responsibilities encompassed Human Resources and Legal Counseling for project execution, and Director de HR Business Partners, Área Económica y de Control de Gestión, overseeing national and international departments across more than 20 countries in South America and Europe. Javier began their career at COMSA in June 1999 as Controller de Negocio for infrastructure projects and held the position of Responsable Administrativo de UTE’S. Javier holds a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from Esade (2011-2012) and a Licenciatura en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Contabilidad y Finanzas from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (1993-1997).
