Lilian Muthoni

Lilian Muthoni has a diverse work experience in the field of business intelligence and data analysis. Lilian started their career at M-KOPA Solar in 2013, where they served as a Data Analyst/Workforce Analyst. During their time there, they focused on improving user adoption and satisfaction by developing self-service tools and integrating data from various sources. Lilian also worked as a Customer Care Analyst, handling customer inquiries and maintaining customer records. In 2020, Lilian joined Sokowatch as a Business Intelligence Analyst, where they led cross-functional projects and conducted data queries to provide insights and guide strategic decisions. Currently, they hold the position of Business Intelligence Analyst Lead at Wasoko, where they are responsible for fostering a data-driven culture, overseeing the design and delivery of reports, and improving data reliability and operational efficiency.

Lilian Muthoni pursued a Bachelor of Administration with a specialization in Accounting from St. Paul's University between 2008 and 2011.
