Mluya Kapaya

Mluya Kapaya is an experienced marketing and sales professional with a strong background in the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as Coast Zone Team Leader, Southern Zone Team Leader, and Regional Marketing Leader at WASSHA Inc. since September 2019, Mluya is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, recruiting and supporting agents, and overseeing the installation and training of equipment operators. Prior experience includes roles as Regional Sales Manager at StarTimes and Field Sales Supervisor at ZOLA Electric, where Mluya managed sales teams, conducted market research, and maximized sales performance. Mluya holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from Mwenge Catholic University.
