Dan Burkhart

Dan Burkhart has over a decade of experience in the waste management industry, currently serving as Centralized Dispatch Manager at Waste Management since May 2012, where responsibilities include leading a team overseeing waste collection routes across Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana, as well as developing and mentoring employees. Previous roles within Waste Management include managing projects as OMT and leading a dispatch team for various business lines. Dan began their career in customer service at Marble and Granite Works, gaining valuable experience in client relations and problem-solving. Dan holds a B.S. in Meteorology and Mathematics from Central Michigan University and has prior educational experience at Michigan State University.
