Bjarke Stokholm Hestbæk has a diverse work experience history, starting with their role as a Cashier at Netto, Salling Group from February 2014 to February 2015. Bjarke Stokholm then became an Event Organizer in Holstebro for Red Mountain Skiing Tours from August 2015 to February 2016. Bjarke Stokholm worked as a Promoter in-store for Promoters A/S from February 2017 to August 2017. Subsequently, from September 2017 to August 2018, they were a Sales Coach at Storm Group – Better Sales. Bjarke Stokholm then transitioned to working in academia, starting as a Student Lecture in Economics at Aarhus BSS - Aarhus University from August 2019 to November 2019. From August 2020 to January 2021, they were a Strategic Business Unit Intern at LINAK. Bjarke Stokholm then served as a Studiementor at Aarhus BSS - Aarhus University from April 2020 to May 2021. Following that, they took on the role of Projektleder - Innovationsdagene 2021 at Aarhus Universitet from March 2021 to August 2021, where they were responsible for planning and developing programs for Innovation Days. Bjarke Stokholm also coordinated with high schools, case companies, and sponsors for the event. Currently, Bjarke holds the position of Assistant Product Owner at WasteHero since November 2021. Additionally, they serve as a Junior Delivery Manager at WasteHero starting from June 2022.

Bjarke Stokholm Hestbæk began their education in 2014 at Holstebro teknisk gymnasium (HTX), where they pursued a Gymnasieeksamen with a focus on Matematik og fysik. Bjarke Stokholm successfully completed this program in 2017.

In 2015, they attended Mission College for a brief period, concentrating on Matematik og fysik. However, no degree was obtained during this time.

From 2018 to 2022, Bjarke pursued a Bachelorgrad in Forretningsudvikling at Aarhus BSS Herning Btech, a part of Aarhus University.

Following their bachelor's degree, Bjarke continued their education at Aarhus BSS - Aarhus University, where they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Technology Based Business Development. Bjarke Stokholm expected to complete this program in 2024.

In addition to their formal education, Bjarke also obtained several certifications. In 2020, they earned certifications in "Brug af LEAN i teams" and "Produktionsoptimering v.h.a LEAN" from EUC Syd. In 2023, they obtained a certification as a "Professional Scrum Master 1" from Scrum.org.
