Ben Blincoe started their career as the President of A&W Sales in 1990. Ben then worked as a Marketing Associate at Sysco Foods from 1992 to 1993. In 1994, they joined Premier Packaging as President and remained in that role for 26 years until 2019. From 2000 to 2004, they served as the President of the Riverport Business Association. Ben also held the position of President at the Co-Alliance of Business Associations Louisville from 2002 to 2004. In 2004, they became a member of the National Advisory Council State of Kentucky at the US Small Business Administration, a role they held until 2008. In 2020, they sold their shares in Premier Packaging and retired from the packaging industry. Ben then founded Triple C Development LLC, a management consulting service focusing on linking a company's purpose to its daily operations. Currently, they are working as the Chief Strategy Officer at Wasteology Group, an independent waste, recycling, and consulting company with a focus on sustainability.
