Daniel Cavalli Molina

Daniel Cavalli Molina has a diverse work experience across multiple companies and industries. Daniel began their career as an Automation Engineer at Muri Linhas de Montagem in 2003. Daniel then joined Dana Corporation in 2004, where they held various roles as a Process and Controls Engineer, Lead Process and Controls Engineer, Global Assembly Support Engineer, and Advanced Manufacturing Engineer. In 2009, they moved to Bausch Advanced Technology Group, where they served as an International Project Manager, Project Manager, and both Production Manager and IT Manager. In 2015, they joined Wastequip as the Director of Operational Excellence and later became the IT Director of Business Analysis in 2018. Throughout their career, Daniel has focused on process improvements and implementing key performance indicators to drive better decision-making within organizations.

Daniel Cavalli Molina completed their Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a specialization in Automation and Controls from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul between 1997 and 2002. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of New Haven from 2012 to 2014.
