Yana Barden

Yana Barden has a range of experience in various leadership and advisory roles in the technology and finance sectors. Most recently, they are the Co-Founder and CEO of Watchers, a position they have held since June 2021. Prior to this, Yana worked as an Advisor at ADV Group from February to December 2021. Yana also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Okko from November 2019 to January 2021. Before that, they held positions such as Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer at RAMBLER&Co from October 2018 to November 2019, and Founder and CEO of BalanceMe from January 2017 to August 2019. Yana's earlier experience includes roles at Sberbank as Senior Managing Director and Head of customer experience and consumer segments management from January 2014 to July 2016, and at Svyaznoy Bank as Managing Director (retail business) and Commercial Director from September 2011 to January 2014. Yana Barden completed an Executive development program in Banking at London Business School from 2015 to 2016. In 2008, they obtained a Certificate in Strategic Marketing in Telecoms from INSEAD.
