Elliot Waring

Elliot Waring is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as House Manager at WatchHouse since April 2023. Previously, Elliot held the position of General Manager at Franco Manca from September 2022 to April 2023 and at The Bok Shop between June 2021 and September 2022. Additional experience includes General Manager roles at Rudy's Neapolitan Pizza (June 2019 - December 2020) and Laundry Bar (March 2017 - December 2018), as well as a Bartender position at The Rookery in 2016. Elliot began a career in the service industry as a Bartender/Supervisor at Mogambos from August 2012 to October 2013. Prior to this, Elliot worked as a Paralegal at Compass Law from June 2015 to June 2016 and as a Junior Designer at Project Lighting Design, contributing to projects such as Daniel Boulud - Bistro Moderne in Singapore. Elliot's educational background includes A-Levels in Biology, Psychology, and Maths from Framlingham College, with earlier education at Brandeston College and Chatsworth International School.
