Ed McKechnie

Ed McKechnie has a diverse work experience. Ed started their career at Watco in 2000 as the Chief Commercial Officer. Ed also worked at Kansas Legislature as a member from 1991 to 2001. In 2007, they joined Kansas Bioscience Authority as Director. Secretary Treasurer, and in 2010, they became a Regent at Kansas Board of Regents. During their time at the board, they also served as the Chairman from 2011 to 2012.

Ed McKechnie attended Pittsburg State University from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies.
