Sian Williams

Sian Williams has extensive experience in operations, recruitment, and aquatic education, currently serving in an Operations and Recruitment role at Apollo Care Franchising Limited since March 2023. Since September 2019, Sian has also worked as a Swim Instructor at Water Babies Ltd. Previous positions include Sales and Marketing at The East Renfrewshire Golf Club, AUSTSWIM Instructor at Arabian Swim Academy, and Catering Manager at Hotel Realm, where responsibilities included managing event sales and training staff. Sian also held roles as Events Sales Manager at Canberra Southern Cross Club and Weddings and Special Events Executive at Hyatt Hotel Canberra. Early career experience includes Assistant Manager at Pavilion Boutique Hotel and Apartments.
