Vicki Steven

Vicki Steven is a seasoned business owner and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the swim education industry. Since July 2022, Vicki has successfully operated Finns Swim School, formerly known as Floaters Swim School, which has a legacy of over 30 years in West Sussex, teaching more than 8,000 swimmers through the unique SwimCare program. Additionally, Vicki established and runs the Water Babies East Sussex franchise, currently serving over 600 babies, toddlers, and preschoolers weekly with a dedicated team of nine instructors. Vicki's professional background also includes roles in business support, account management, and sales and marketing coordination across various companies, including Waterbabies Berkshire, WebWayOne, Videoswitch, and Norbain SD Ltd. Vicki holds a BSc (Hons) in Criminology & Criminal Justice from the University of Portsmouth.
