Matt Hehl

Matt Hehl is an experienced professional in the leisure and entertainment industry, currently serving as the General Manager at Water Country since March 2020. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of Assistant General Manager and Director of Marketing at Noah's Ark Waterpark from May 2017 to March 2020, and briefly served as General Manager at Raging Waters in 2019. Matt’s background also includes a significant tenure at Valleyfair Family Amusement Park, where as Public Relations & Communications Manager, strategic PR initiatives and social media growth were successfully executed. Earlier experience includes Communications Manager at AAA Minneapolis, where innovative communication strategies drove membership growth and brand visibility, and ownership of Greenbrier Entertainment, managing various artists and developing their marketing strategies. Educational qualifications include studies at the University of Minnesota and Hennepin Technical College.
