David Koontz

David Koontz is the Director of Finance at the Water Environment Federation. David previously worked as a staff accountant at Trout Unlimited from July 2011 to July 2014 and as office manager at the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute from March 2010 to July 2011.

David Koontz has a Master of Science in International Business Management from the University of Surrey and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business, Finance from James Madison University. David is also Certified Public Accountant from the Virginia Board of Accountancy.
