Jean Sauveur Ingabire

Jean Sauveur INGABIRE is a seasoned professional in the water and sanitation sector, currently serving as a Senior Water and Sanitation Engineer at Water For People since January 2022, previously holding the title of Water Supply Engineer. From August 2015 to January 2022, Jean worked at the Rwanda Ministry of Infrastructure as a Sector & External Link Specialist in charge of Water and Sanitation. Prior experience includes a role as Deputy Director General at BIOGAS REC Ltd from May 2014 to July 2015, and as Project Coordinator at the same company from November 2011 to October 2012. Jean holds a Master's degree in Hydraulic Engineering and River Basin Development from IHE Delft Institute for Water Education (2012-2014) and a Bachelor's degree in Water and Environmental Engineering from UR-College of Science and Technology (2008-2011).
