Natalie Russell

Natalie Russell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, project management, and human resources. Currently serving as Global Total Rewards Manager at Water For People since September 2021, Natalie oversees payroll and HR compliance for US and UK staff. Prior roles include Education Consultant at Tutor Doctor Denver Northeast, where a focus on enhancing student success was emphasized, and Director of Operations at HeartSmartKids, managing project execution and business development. Additional experience includes a Project Manager position at Alliance For Sustainable Colorado, overseeing project operations and fundraising events, and Account Executive at KBNO Radio, where marketing strategies were developed for the Hispanic community.
