Sugandha Chandra is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in sustainable development and social entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Content Development Officer at Water For People since April 2023, Sugandha is involved in grant writing and fundraising. As the Founder of Kitlery, a social enterprise launched in November 2019, Sugandha promotes reusable cutlery to encourage sustainability. Previous roles include Training and Research Assistant for SOCHARA, Program Coordinator and Training Facilitator for Eco Femme, Communications Intern at National Skill Development Corporation, and Research Intern at Swades Foundation. Sugandha's early career included an internship at Saathi, which focused on eco-friendly sanitary products, and a role as a Crew Member at Qatar Airways. Sugandha holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Development Practices from TERI School of Advanced Studies and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Sri Venkateswara College.
