Roger Mucino

Roger Mucino has extensive experience in operations and management roles in the food industry. Roger is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Water Lilies Food, LLC. Prior to this, they held the position of Technical Director Healthy Fruit at SunOpta from 2017 to 2021. Before that, they served as the Director of Operations at Fotis and Son Imports from 2015 to 2017. Roger also has experience as the Director of Continuous Improvement at Huxtables Kitchen Inc from 2013 to 2015, and as the Director of Operations at Real Mex Foods from 2012 to 2013. Roger has also worked as the General Manager at American Fish and Seafood Co in 2012, and as the Plant Manager at Foster Poultry Farms from 2009 to 2012. Their earlier experience includes serving as a Plant Manager at ConAgra Foods from 2002 to 2009.

Roger Mucino received an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Western International University. Roger attended the university from 2002 to 2004.
