Rachel Mears (Hollingsworth) currently serves as Project Manager of Partner Events at Water Mission since September 2023, after holding the role of Partnerships Administration Specialist. Previously, Rachel worked as Program Coordinator for Public Information & Community Outreach at the Medical University of South Carolina, focusing on education for underserved communities. Prior experience includes positions at Penn State Health as Executive Administrative Associate, at the American Red Cross as Regional Executive Coordinator managing high-level schedules and events, and at Hildebrandt Learning Centers, LLC in various administrative roles. Rachel began a career in customer service and marketing with Gap Inc. and also served as a Teacher Assistant. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Small Business Administration/Management from DeVry University, a Certification in Early Childhood Education from HACC, and a Project Management Certificate from Penn State World Campus.
