Zach Mahaffey

Zach Mahaffey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and operational management. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Water Mission since April 2023, Zach develops and implements effective recruiting and selection strategies while leading the talent acquisition team. Previously, as Operations Manager at Spark Home Health from August 2020 to December 2022, Zach focused on operational management, supporting growth initiatives and overseeing day-to-day operations, including HR and IT support. Zach's background also includes roles at DaVita Kidney Care, where responsibilities ranged from supervising admissions specialists to serving as an insurance counselor and managing special projects related to Medicare collections. Zach holds an education from The Art Institute of Colorado, attended from 2011 to 2012.
