Janice Norman

Janice Norman is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as a Broker Associate at Water Pointe Realty Group since February 2018, with credentials as a Senior Real Estate Specialist and Short Sale/Foreclosure Specialist. Janice began their career as a Sales Associate in 2004 and advanced to Broker Associate by 2006. Prior to Water Pointe Realty, Janice was a Realtor at Century 21 IRP from August 2010 to February 2018, where Janice co-founded the successful Norman Page Team. Janice also held a Broker Associate position at Lifestyle Realty Group from August 2004 to August 2013, assisting buyers and sellers in Martin and St. Lucie County. Before transitioning into real estate, Janice had a distinguished career in healthcare, including extensive management roles at Martin Memorial Health Systems as Nurse Manager and Administrative Director in Emergency Services. Janice holds a Master's Degree in Science from Old Dominion University and a high school diploma from Brunswick Academy.
