Lyndsey Bloxom

Lyndsey Bloxom serves as the Research Program Manager at The Water Research Foundation, focusing on water resources research projects with an emphasis on fiscal responsibility, timeliness, and contractual compliance, while also coordinating volunteer advisory committees and collaborating with industry experts. Prior roles include serving as Director and DEI Officer at the Groundwater Resources Association of California and Senior Water Resources Analyst at the Water Replenishment District of Southern California, where responsibilities included groundwater management, program management, budget development, and stakeholder engagement. Additional experience as a Staff Hydrogeologist at G3SoilWorks Inc involved providing technical support for water supply management and conducting various technical assessments. Lyndsey Bloxom holds a Master of Science in Hydrogeosciences from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor's degree in Geology and Environmental Science from William & Mary.
