Shaun Deallie

Interim IT Director / Head Of Global IT Infrastructure at WaterAid

Shaun DeAllie has a diverse work experience in the field of IT infrastructure and support. Shaun started their career as a Support Technician at Hankey's Computer Services LTD in 2002. Shaun then worked as an IT Support Technician at Compu-data Electronics from 2004 to 2005. In 2005, they joined Crown Worldwide Group as an Information Technology Engineer. From 2008 to 2015, they worked at St Benedict's School, where they served as a 1st/2nd Line ICT Support Analyst, providing end-user support, administering system security measures, and managing backups.

In 2012, Shaun took on a new role as a Music Producer at SD Productions UK. Shaun then joined WaterAid in 2015, starting as an IT Infrastructure Engineer. During their tenure at WaterAid, they progressively advanced to the positions of Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer and Information Technology Infrastructure Manager. Currently, Shaun works at WaterAid as a Global IT Infrastructure Architect, responsible for designing and building IT infrastructure and network architecture, reducing security deficiencies, and leading and developing teams.

Shaun DeAllie obtained an associate's degree in electronic engineering from T.A. Marryshow Community College from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, from 1995 to 2001, they attended MacDonald College, although the degree and field of study are not specified. In terms of additional certifications, Shaun DeAllie has obtained several, including "Architecting Microsoft Azure Solutions" from Microsoft in April 2023, "Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect" from Google in May 2022, and "Mastering Your Power" from Mastering Your Power in October 2021. Other certifications include "Architecting on AWS" from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April 2021, "Okta Administrator" from Okta in February 2021, and "Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions" from Microsoft in October 2019, among others.
