Mark Russo

Mark Russo has been with the Waterbury Police Department since August 2005, where Mark has held various leadership positions such as Director of Training, Patrol Lieutenant, Internal Affairs Investigator, and Patrol Sergeant. Mark also served as President of the Waterbury Police Benevolent Association Inc. from June 2010 to June 2017. Russo holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Boston University and a Bachelor of Laws in Legal Studies from Post University.
