Suzanne Lucas

Suzanne Lucas is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in asset management and development. Currently serving as the General Manager of Asset Upgrades & Renewals at Watercare Services Limited since January 2022, Suzanne oversees significant capital investment programs and manages operational budgets. Prior to this role, Suzanne spent nearly two decades at BP, where responsibilities included Asset & Network Development Manager NZ, leading site identification, design, construction, and maintenance efforts across a billion-dollar network. Suzanne's career includes various positions such as Pricing Manager and Project Manager, showcasing a diverse skill set in business improvement and strategic management. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Commercial Law from Victoria University of Wellington and has completed the Company Directors Course in Governance Best Practice from the Institute of Directors in New Zealand.
