Alain Toto

Alain Toto, CFA, is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance advisory. Currently serving at Waterfall Asset Management LLC since July 2017 in the Specialty Finance and Financial Technology sectors, Alain previously held the position of Director in the Financial Institutions Group at Houlihan Lokey from July 2006 to June 2016, focusing on middle market transactions. Earlier roles include Director of Portfolio Strategy at Shay Financial Services, Vice President in the Financial Institutions Group at Bayview Financial, and Portfolio Manager for South America at Export Development Canada.
