David Baruch

David Baruch currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Waterfall Bank since September 2021 and holds the position of Associate General Counsel at both Ascend Health and Partners Pharmacy since February 2019. Previously, David was a Board Observer at P3 Health Partners from November 2019 to December 2020 and worked as an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP from October 2017 to February 2019. David's experience includes summer law clerk roles at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP during 2016 and 2015, respectively, as well as an Analyst position at OurCrowd and a Foreign Law Clerk role at the Supreme Court of Israel in 2014 and 2013, respectively. David obtained a J.D. from New York University School of Law between 2014 and 2017 and a B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University from 2010 to 2013.
