Caleb Dutson

Caleb Dutson has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Caleb currently works as the Director of Employee Benefits at Waterford.org, where they plan and administers various employee benefits programs. Prior to this, Caleb worked as an Account Executive for Employee Benefits at HUB International, where they managed client accounts, developed relationships, and designed benefit plans. Caleb also has experience as a Benefits Manager at Zamp HR, overseeing the administration of employee benefit plans. Caleb has a background in legal work as well, having worked as a Director of Account Management and Compliance at Freestone Financial Services and as an Attorney at The Zachary Law Group. Caleb has also gained experience in research as a Law Clerk at the Nebraska Department of Labor and as a Research Assistant at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Caleb's earlier experiences include working as a Human Resources Generalist at Flying J, Inc. and as an Evening Grocery Supervisor at Macey's Food Stores.

Caleb Dutson has a strong educational background in law and business administration. Caleb obtained their Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration/ Human Resource Management from Weber State University in 2008. Caleb also holds an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Financial/Managerial Accounting from Ensign College, which they completed in 2005. In addition to their academic achievements, Caleb has obtained certifications such as the Utah Accident & Health, Life License from the Dept of Insurance Utah in 2018 and the Utah Bar License from the Utah State Bar in 2014.
