Maité Duquela is a Climate Resilience Policy Fellow at Waterfront Alliance, focusing on technical and operational support for the Rise to Resilience Coalition. Previous experience includes serving as a Climate-Resilient Fisheries & Oceans Consultant for the Environmental Defense Fund, where Maité advanced strategic planning and public policy research in Latin America and the Caribbean.
