Jan Dörries

Jan Dörries is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in private equity and strategic development. Since May 2011, Jan has held multiple key positions at Waterland Private Equity, including Head of Strategic Group Development and Principal. Previous experience includes a brief role in private equity at Waterland in early 2010, strategy consulting at Oliver Wyman in mid-2008, and FX sales and trading at Deutsche Bank in 2007. Jan holds a Master’s degree in Banking & Finance from the University of St. Gallen, an MBA in Finance from Peking University, a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a focus on Finance from Queen's University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim.
