Sean Riley

Sean Riley is an experienced history educator currently serving as a History Teacher at Waterloo Community School District since July 2022. Prior to this role, Sean was a Graduate Student at the University of Northern Iowa, pursuing a Master's Degree in History from August 2020 to July 2022. Sean gained practical teaching experience during a student teaching position at Cedar Falls Community School District, where US History and Economics were taught. Additional experience includes contributions to historical projects such as the Teaching Iowa History Project with the Iowa Museum Association and internships at various museums and historical organizations. Sean holds a Bachelor of Education degree in History with a minor in Public History from the University of Northern Iowa, obtained in 2020.
