Carolina Pereira Miranda, M.Ed., currently serves as Principal at Blair Road Public School within the Waterloo Region District School Board, overseeing a diverse community of over 400 students and 40 staff. Throughout a distinguished career in education, Carolina has held various leadership roles including Vice-Principal at Moffat Creek and Silverheights Public Schools, where significant initiatives focused on equity and technology integration were led. As a co-founder and Artistic Director of the Feminine Harbor Foundation, Carolina promotes women's voice and leadership through storytelling and the arts. With experience in virtual education as a lead teacher, participation in equity committees, and contributions as a freelance writer, Carolina's work encompasses a strong commitment to diversity, relational leadership, and curriculum development. Carolina is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Intercultural Competencies in K-12 Education Systems at Western University, building on previous educational qualifications including a Master of Education in Leadership from Nipissing University.
