Rachel Whelan

Rachel Whelan is a Multimedia Journalist at Hearst Television and a Reporter at Waterman Broadcasting Of Florida LLC, both positions held since May 2023. Prior to these roles, Rachel was a News Producer and Production Assistant at LOCAL 12, WKRC-TV from August 2019 to May 2023. Rachel also gained experience as a Newsroom Intern with Sinclair Broadcast Group from May 2018 to December 2019. Earlier work includes roles as a Barista at Coffee Emporium, a Brand Representative at Altar'd State, and a Medical Receptionist at Olympia Chiropractic & Physical Therapy. Rachel holds a degree in Digital Innovation of Film and Television from Xavier University, attended from 2015 to 2019.
