Ashley Getman

Ashley Getman is a highly skilled graphic designer with extensive experience in various roles and environments. Currently serving as Senior Graphic Designer at Watermark Retirement Communities since December 2021, Ashley leads design initiatives and coaches team talent while managing artistic direction across over 70 communities. As the owner of Getman Graphics since May 2006, Ashley also has a rich background in freelance design. Previous positions include Team Lead and Senior Designer at Meijer, where Ashley directed design teams and executed creative projects for leadership, as well as multiple design roles focusing on advertising and promotional materials. Ashley's experience is complemented by a strong educational foundation, holding a BFA in Graphic Design from Kendall College of Art and Design and two AAS degrees in Graphic Design and Illustration from Kalamazoo Valley Community College.
