Haley Pryor

Haley Pryor is an experienced asset manager currently with Watermill Express since January 2022, specializing in lease negotiations and dispute resolutions while managing broker relations. Concurrently, Haley serves as the Committee Chair and Board Member for Pittsburg Area Young Professionals, orchestrating multiple annual events and overseeing budget preparation. Prior experience includes roles as a leasing analyst at Flynn Restaurant Group and NPC International, where Haley successfully managed over 50 new lease transactions and negotiated renewals for extensive portfolios. Beginning a career in banking at Community National Bank & Trust, Haley handled customer transactions and participated in compliance training. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Pittsburg State University, expected to complete in 2024, and an Associate of Science in Management Development from Allen County Community College.
