Jim Turchi is an accomplished manufacturing engineering professional with extensive experience in managing engineering teams and production operations. Currently serving as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Waterous since January 2003, Jim oversees a team of 33 hourly and 4 salaried employees, implements quality initiatives, and ensures ISO 9000-2000 compliance.
