Sivan Schlecter

Sivan Schlecter, M.S., is a prominent leader in water marketing and communication, serving as the Founder and Principal of Out of the Blue Solutions, LLC, since June 2017, focusing on strategic consultancy for organizations dedicated to sustainability and equity. Additionally, Sivan is a member of the Board of Directors at WaterRising Institute and has contributed as an Advisor for the WaterWoman Project 2.0, aimed at advancing gender-inclusive job opportunities in water management. Previous roles include Senior Marketing Analyst at OptiRTC, Inc., and marketing positions at SUEZ and GRC Advising, where Sivan specialized in B2B marketing and ESG strategies.
