Helen Jaffa

Helen Jaffa is an experienced professional in people and culture management, currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Watershed since July 2015, where responsibilities include developing the organization’s People Strategy and promoting a values-led approach. Prior to this role, Helen worked as Operations Manager and Front of House Manager at Ambassador Theatre Group from January 2011 to February 2015, overseeing customer-facing operations and managing a team to enhance customer experience. Helen holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of the West of England and is pursuing additional qualifications in British Sign Language and Counselling at City of Bristol College.
