Madeleine Probst

Madeleine Probst currently serves as the Head of Film at Watershed, a position held since March 2018, where responsibilities include leading cinema and film hub teams and contributing to strategic business planning. Previously, Madeleine held roles such as Programme Producer and Managing Producer at Watershed, focusing on cultural programming and audience development initiatives. In addition, Madeleine has been involved with Europa Cinemas since July 2008, serving as Vice President and leading international Audience Development Labs. Madeleine also worked as a European Liaison Consultant for Encounters Festivals Ltd in 2011. Madeleine Probst holds a Bachelor of Arts in Time-Based Media from the University of the West of England.
