Sarah Shepherd

Sarah Shepherd is a Senior Analyst at Watershed Advisors since June 2021, having previously held the role of Analyst. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at the University of Virginia from September 2019 to June 2021, where responsibilities encompassed collecting and analyzing qualitative data on student learning experiences in makerspace environments and co-authoring academic papers. Sarah also worked as a Dining Marketing Ambassador for Aramark, focusing on event coordination and marketing within the university dining sector. Earlier experience includes a Child Development Intern position at Carilion Clinic, contributing to a research project on children's social-emotional development, and a role at Bricks 4 Kidz STEM Program, facilitating STEM education for young children. Sarah holds a degree in Youth and Social Innovation with a focus on Education Policy Analysis from the University of Virginia, completed in 2021.
