Frank Dominguez has a diverse work experience in recruiting and talent acquisition. Frank currently works at Watershed, a software startup focused on helping companies reduce their carbon footprint. Prior to this, Frank worked at Riviera Partners, a tech-focused recruiting services firm, where they served as a Principal in executive search. Before that, they worked at Snap Inc. as a Technical Recruiter, responsible for hiring engineers across various tracks. Frank also worked as a Technical Recruiter at PatientPop Inc., where they played a key role in scaling the engineering team. Additionally, they gained experience in technical recruiting at Talener, focusing on DevOps, Systems, InfoSec, Front End, and Mobile roles. In the early stages of their career, Frank worked as a Writing and Market Research Intern at Home Savi, where they collaborated with founders on website development goals and conducted market research for a real estate tech company.
