Wijbren Taconis

Wijbren Taconis is an experienced IT and compliance professional currently serving as both IT & Compliance Officer and Information Security Officer at HqO since September 2021. Previously, Wijbren held positions as an Information Security Specialist and Intern at Virtuagym, as well as an Information Security Intern at Office App prior to its acquisition by HqO. In addition to these roles, Wijbren is a sailor with the Rotterdam Offshore Sailing Team since March 2023 and has been a head instructor and facilitator at Watersport Academy "De Kaag" since June 2015. Wijbren's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Information Security Management from De Haagse Hogeschool and a minor in Business Administration from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
