Baraa Abbas

Baraa Abbas is a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and systems analysis. Currently serving as a Senior IT Support at Waterstone Mortgage Corporation since March 2023, Baraa previously held the role of Senior Systems and Desktop Support Analyst at Inlanta Mortgage from March 2017 to March 2023, where responsibilities included managing Windows operating systems for over 300 workstations, supporting more than 400 end-users, and troubleshooting various technical issues. Prior to this, Baraa worked as an Intelligence Analyst at the Defense Intelligence Agency, overseeing the performance and development of service members, and at the US Army Quartermaster Corps, where duties included supporting troop logistics and safety standards. Early career experience includes serving as a Liaison for Blackwater USA. Baraa Abbas holds a BSc in Biology from the University of Baghdad and an Associate’s degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Waukesha County Technical College.
